At Kamya Rudraksha, we aim to provide quality Rudraksha beads, malas and spiritual products to our customers.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us through WhatsApp or phone.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • The order is cancelled by Kamya Rudraksha.
  • The customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, subject to verification.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment service provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product for verification.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
